Chair Supported Yoga

It’s an excellent option for seniors or anyone with limited mobility who still wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting on the floor.

​Senior Stretch
class is designed to gently improve flexibility, mobility, and balance in a safe and supportive environment. This class is ideal for seniors who are able to get down on the floor and back up again, but it's gentle enough for everyone to benefit. Focused on increasing range of motion and reducing muscle stiffness, the class combines stretches, basic balance-building exercises, and core-strengthening movements to help you move more freely and with greater stability. The goal is to stretch so you don’t break—decreasing muscle-related pain while increasing strength, mobility, and confidence. Whether you’re easing tension, enhancing flexibility, or building core stability, this class offers a nurturing way to improve your overall well-being.
