YOGA- PILATES-BARRE, FIT-CAMP

Yoga: one of the oldest fitness practices out there. It is a combination of stretching, strength, and breath control. It is also one of our most popular kinds of classes. We offer several different kinds of yoga to pick, from classic Yoga Flow classes to Chair Yoga. If you can't find a yoga class that works for you, we also offer private classes planned just for you when it fits in your busy life. Barre: Each barre class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout.  Typically, they're broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes, and core.

The muscles in each group are fatigued via small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light weight or resistance. Think pulsing in a squat to target the glutes and quads, cranking out as many triceps kickbacks as possible with three-pound weights, or moving through a lively plank sequence. You'll love the strength gains you achieve in this class! 

Mat Pilates:  Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. It is even possible to practice the modifications of the Mat work in a chair. Mat pilates is wonderful for anyone who desires to have a stronger core, more stability, and flexibility.

FIT-CAMP: Join our invigorating outdoor HIIT style workout for a 60-minute session packed with high-intensity exercises designed to push your limits. In the heart of nature, you'll experience a dynamic mix of cardio, strength training, and functional movements. Our expert trainer will guide you through an array of bodyweight exercises, along with the use of resistance bands, kettlebells, and more, ensuring a challenging and well-rounded workout. Embrace the fresh air and beautiful surroundings as you sprint, jump, and sweat your way to improved endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, this outdoor HIIT class will leave you feeling empowered and accomplished.
