Senior Strength Class with Chair Support
Our Senior Strength class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and stay active with exercises that are gentle on the joints but effective in enhancing overall fitness. This class uses a sturdy chair for support, making it ideal for seniors who may need assistance with balance or prefer not to get on the floor. We incorporate a variety of tools, including resistance bands, light weights, small yoga balls, and bodyweight exercises, to target all major muscle groups and improve functional strength.
This class focuses on increasing muscle strength and stability, which are crucial for maintaining independence as we age. We also emphasize exercises that promote joint mobility, flexibility, and core strength—all while enhancing your posture and balance.
