Bad Day or Bad Moment?

Do you ever get up in the morning and things start off on the wrong foot? You get up late, you run out of coffee, you need to stop for gas so that makes you even more late, then to top it off, the rest of your day things just do not go as planned, at the end of the day, you come home and say, “I had a bad day”. But was it really a bad day or did you have a few bad moments? Were they truly bad moments or less than ideal moments?
