Meditation on Inner Creation

Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, then slowly exhale. Let your body relax, releasing any tension you may be holding.

Bring your attention to your breath. Notice the rise and fall of your chest with each inhalation and exhalation. Allow your breath to guide you into a state of calm and peace.

Now, gently bring your focus to the concept: "What you create subtly, you create outwardly."

Understand that every thought, every internal dialogue, plays a crucial role in the story of your life. This internal story shapes your external reality.

Let’s explore this concept deeper.

Take a moment to recall a time when you felt truly happy, when everything you wanted in life began to manifest effortlessly. Visualize that moment vividly.

What was your internal dialogue during that time? How did you speak to yourself? What beliefs and thoughts were present in your mind?

Allow yourself to fully immerse in that memory. Feel the emotions, the joy, and the contentment you experienced. Notice how your positive internal dialogue contributed to your happiness and success.

Now, reflect on your present internal dialogue. How do you speak to yourself daily? Are there traces of self-doubt or negative thoughts?

Understand that just as you created happiness and success in the past, you have the power to do so now and in the future.

Begin to consciously replace any self-doubt or negative thoughts with empowering and positive affirmations.

Affirm to yourself:

  • "I am capable and deserving of happiness."

  • "My thoughts and beliefs shape my reality."

  • "I create a powerful story that moves me forward."

  • "I am the author of my life’s story."

Visualize the life you desire. See it clearly in your mind. Feel the emotions associated with achieving your goals and dreams.

Know that by nurturing a positive internal dialogue, you are planting seeds for your external reality to flourish.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat these affirmations silently or aloud:

  • "I create my reality with my thoughts."

  • "I am powerful and in control of my life’s story."

  • "I attract positivity and success."

Spend a few moments in this state of positive creation. Embrace the feeling of empowerment and joy.
