A Glance into Meditation

Now is the time to put all the information from these blogs to practice. Go to that place you have prepared for meditation. Light candles, turn on some meditative music if you like and get into your meditation position. Relax your body starting with the top of your head and work your way down. Relax the muscles in your face, jaw and neck. Breathe deeply and relax the rest of your body through a series of 5 breaths. With each breath, let go.
