Service Description
Join us in Montesano the last Monday of each month April through September for tea, vegan baked goods, and a Yoga Nidra with Stacy. Wear your pj's, bring your pillows and blankets, and we'll settle in for the rest we all need. No experience needed, and we have mats and blankets for your use as well. Included in your membership or package prices, drop in for $25, or purchase a 6 nap pack for $125.

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Acts of god are excluded from this requirement. A full class charge will be add for all sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
