Get your day started strong with our Morning HIIT class—a high-intensity interval training session designed to build functional strength and improve overall fitness. This small-group class, with a max capacity of 10 participants, incorporates a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, straps, weighted balls, and bodyweight exercises, to target all major muscle groups and boost your total body strength. The focus is on functional movements that improve your ability to perform everyday tasks and enhance your active hobbies, from lifting and carrying to balance and agility. Class Details: When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 AM Ages: 15-100 welcome Duration: Month-long commitment Capacity: Limited to 10 participants Cost: Monthly membership Call to Reserve: (360) 249-8069 This class is often fully booked, and spots fill up quickly! Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Acts of god are excluded from this requirement. A full class charge will be add for all sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
