About the event
The Summer Solstice is not only the kick off of summer barbecus and campfires; it is also a time to stoke your inner fire. The sun is most potent on the summer solstice and this is a time of powerful healing and growth.
Join us as we nuture our own energetic shifts through movement, stillness, breathwork and creativity in nature.
We will meet at the Lake Sylvia State Park Day Use Area. (Discover Pass Required), and hike in from there. Make sure to bring water and snacks as we journey for this two and half to three hour adventure in nature.
