Senior Strength is a chair-based class that focuses on developing a strong core, legs, and upper body using hand weights, bodyweight exercises, and elastic bands. This class enhances stability, balance, and cardiovascular health, helping to improve longevity and independence. For those seeking a more dynamic challenge, our Morning HIIT class builds muscle strength and agility, supporting athletes and beginners alike in developing functional muscle for overall body health. We also offer Senior Yoga from a Chair, which combines gentle stretching with breathwork to improve mobility, balance, and reduce stress. In addition, our Yoga for All Bodies classes focus on building a foundation in ancient yoga practices while strengthening your core, balance, and breath to help reduce stress and anxiety.
