Service Description
This all levels class will consist of varying lengths of four components. Breathwork, Slow Yin, Gentle Asana, Extended Shavasana (rest). We’ll begin with breathwork to balance the nervous system, more closely connect the mind and body, and increase lung efficiency. We will find the importance of use and control of the breath, as well as taking the time to notice the space between the breaths ~ where the magic happens. After breathwork well work on slow Yin postures that work best in a morning class, while the muscles are still cool. This encourages increased flexibility in the fascia, stabilizing tendons and ligaments, and gets the joints lubricated. Gentle accessible asanas will build strength along with maintaining our balance and mobility. Postures are held in stillness and strength for a brief period, followed by an equal time in relaxation. Surprisingly, this will improve your ability to exert effort and be productive. Each session will end with an extended restorative shavasana for relaxation of the body and mind. A time to both absorb and let go of your practice. Leave feeling revitalized and ready for anything the day brings!

Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Acts of god are excluded from this requirement. A full class charge will be add for all sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
